Galvanised Drain Grate Introduction
The drain cover plate is divided into the drain cover plate according to the general route, so it is also called the drain cover, manhole cover and other names. Our company produces various types of drain cover plate, which is mainly used as sewage treatment plant, dock drain cover, hotel ditch cover, municipal sewage manhole cover, car wash ditch cover and other public places
According to the model division, our company can produce three types of ditch cover plates:
1. Common ditch cover plate is made of different flat steel according to different load requirements.
Usually the material is Q235 material flat steel: 25*5, 30*5, 32*5, 40*5, 50*5, 60*5, flat steel spacing of 30mm or 40mm;
The bar adopts twisted square steel 6*6, 8*8, 10*10, the spacing is usually 50mm or 100mm;
After large-scale piezo-resistance welding equipment welding, cutting, wrapping edge, galvanized or paint and other processes to complete the production.
During installation, grooves should be made on both sides of the ditch and flat steel or Angle steel should be laid. After laying, the steel grates should be put in the preset groove.
It should be noted that the gap should be reserved when measuring the width of the trench. We usually reduce the trench cover plate by 5mm when making it, so as to facilitate installation.
2. Pressure lock type ditch cover plate is used for heavy load areas, such as wharves, workshops, factories and other places where heavy vehicles are needed.
Therefore, the pressure lock ditch cover plate is also called heavy load ditch cover plate. The production process of the steel joint pressure lock ditch cover plate is made by grooving on the flat steel according to certain rules, and then inserting, compression, welding, shaping, galvanizing and other processes.
The characteristics of steel coupling load ditch cover plate are grid size, interlocking, exquisite and harmonious, elegant, strong bearing capacity, etc.
The pressure lock trench cover plate used for high-density walking, heavy-duty vehicles, freight forklifts and other situations needs to be made of flat steel of larger specifications. The steel joint pressure lock trench cover plate is made of flat steel of 40*4, 50*5, 60*5, 80*8, 100*8, 100*10, 150*12, and the length of the cover plate is generally not more than 1m.
Ditch cover plate is generally square hole or rectangular hole, hole size of 40*100 or 40*50 is the more common specifications.
3. Anti-theft ditch cover plate is embedded anti-theft ditch cover plate, also known as drain rainwater grate and drain manhole cover.
This kind of product in the civil construction frame pouring in the concrete inside, production welding door shaft or welding hinge, easy to open, and has a good anti-theft ability.

Package delivery:
1. At each intersection point of the load flat steel and bar, it should be fixed by welding, riveting or pressure lock.
2, steel grid welding preferred to use pressure resistance welding, can also use arc welding.
3. The press lock of the steel grid plate can be fixed by pressing the transverse bar into the load flat steel by the press machine.
4, steel plate should be processed into various sizes of shape according to the needs of users.
5. The spacing of the load flat steel and the spacing of the bar can be determined by the supplier according to the design requirements.
For industrial platform, it is recommended that the spacing of load flat steel should not be greater than 40mm, and the spacing of cross bar should not be greater than 165mm.
